At some point, I realized I wanted to meditate. I moved to Boulder and found a community. It helped. A lot. I still had recurrent bouts of anxiety – once when I smoked some weed with a friend and had panic attacks for days afterward. I never smoked again after that!
I even had anxiety arise from meditation! But that’s a complicated story – I get into it more in the course, because it’s quite a helpful discussion.
To cut the story short, however – I began meditating with a lot more conviction after that. I managed to penetrate some of the issues and causes of my anxiety. Many of these issues, I’ve since learned, are universal. There is a unifying underlying cause of anxiety.
Meditation, if done properly, with a correct view – addresses these causes better than anything else. It has no downsides.
A meta-study showed that mindfulness meditation had a massive 1.92 reduction in anxiety symptoms. That means anxiety before was almost 3 times the post-treatment anxiety!

The downside is they take time. Why?
- They’re indirect. They come at confidence by doing things.
- They take time. Each of these will build some confidence, but they take time to learn.
- They’re partial: These skills generate confidence in a specific area. That’s great if you only have anxiety in that ONE area. Most people have GAD – generalized anxiety. That makes this a pretty long road.
- They focus on an inferior confidence: This is a constructed confidence. The normal type that we associate with type-A people and accomplishment in life. But there is a better type of confidence.
Innate Confidence
Lungta and it’s brother Ziji form what could be translated as Innate Confidence. Innate confidence is self-existing. It does not require construction. It needs no elaborate systems of behavior.
The problem is that we currently don’t have access to Lungta. It’s been buried by our various neuroses. It’s just the way it is – we all have certain negative tendencies.
However, we can simply override them with Lungta and Zija. We do that by discovering them deep within our mind. We bring them forth. We uncover them. We cut through to them. We reveal them. We give them a form to access them.
There are infinite methods to contact and bring forth Lungta.
Ziji manifests as a purified form of Lungta. It means shining or brilliant confidence. What is it shining with?
Virtue. Virtue means the pantheon of traits that YOU would genuinely regard as virtuous. Not the corny, old-timey virtue, but real virtue. Honesty, integrity, courage, compassion, wisdom, and patience, among many others.
Ziji is lungta suffused with virtue. That virtue removes all the negativity. It’s extremely powerful.
Lunta alone can overcome anxiety issues. But I hope for you that you choose to go well beyond that and generate true Ziji. By cultivating Ziji, you can put anxiety issues far away they will never plague you again, in this life or any other.

How much time will this take?
Early results can be almost immediate. Obviously, it will take time to completely end anxiety issues, but this will happen with diligence.

What types of meditation are best for anxiety?
MBSR and vanilla mindfulness have a great track record. They help over 70% of people. With our system, that number should move MUCH higher. Our prospect is to end anxiety issues for 97.3%, based on current estimates.

Do I need experience with meditation?
Not at all. We will teach you the basics. In fact, certain meditative styles would be unhelpful as they would have to be ‘unlearned’ to do this properly.

What if I can’t meditate?
Everybody can meditate. If you have bad anxiety, that means you’re already meditating on that. We just need to shift your focus.

What if I can’t stop my thoughts?
Don’t worry. That’s not the point. Thoughts will arise. We just need to redirect them and overwrite them with bette thoughts.

Will this course work for severe anxiety?
It’s designed with severe anxiety in mind. In fact, the worse the anxiety, greater the outcome of the program.

Is guided meditation better than silent meditation?
We prefer neither. Mantric meditation is neither guided, nor silent.

What if I’ve tried meditation before and it didn’t work?
Many reasons for this. Most likely is you weren’t actually meditating. We have strong guidelines for helping attain a genuine meditative state.

Can meditation help with panic attacks?
Yes. We have several techniques that can be practiced beforehand to dramatically decrease panic attacks in the moment.

Will this cure my anxiety?
That’s impossible. Anxiety is not a disease, it is a natural process. It can completely reverse the anxiety issues if applied with diligence. Anxiety will no longer be a problem. Guaranteed.
